We kick off your home transformation journey with a thorough initial meeting. We’re flexible – we can swing by your place or have a virtual meet-up on Zoom (just have some pics of your space ready). This way, we can clearly understand what you envision for your project and the extent of work you’re aiming for. It’s all about making sure we’re in sync to plan everything perfectly.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The second phase includes Architectural Scan, Scope/Plan Development, Accurate Construction Proposal (cost of this service is 3% of the mean budget proposal) This money is credited back if you choose to hire us. The result? A detailed construction proposal from us, ensuring your project is on-time, on-budget, and a fantastic remodeling experience.

Final phase includes Engineering, Permitting, Construction. Once everything’s ready we carefully cover up the parts of your home not being worked on. Our skilled team and reliable partners follow a detailed plan. We keep everyone in the loop with regular meetings. With BuilderTrend, our top-notch project management tool, we focus on finishing on time and making sure you love the results.

Urban Remodeling employs BuilderTrend, a robust project management tool.
Clients enjoy streamlined interactions, accessing schedules, tracking progress, communicating, managing selections, addressing warranties, and making payments, all in one place. Accessible via computers and mobiles, ensuring connectivity on the go. We prioritize transparency and provide regular updates and insights. Project details are handed over on a jump drive for clients to retain.
